SNOUTWEAR – RETURN POLICY

At Snoutwear, we create apparel specially designed for your furry companions. We want you (and your pup) to love what you ordered!

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was delivered within the last 7 days

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging are intact

  • You have proof of purchase (order number / email confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn products

  • Washed items

  • Damaged items not caused during delivery

  • Discounted / sale items (unless damaged)

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • Wrong size sent by us

  • Incorrect item

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Unboxing video (if available)

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Size Exchanges

We recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering.

If you need a size exchange:

  • Request within 7 days of delivery

  • Return shipping charges may apply

  • Exchange subject to stock availability

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to original payment method

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer / UPI

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After dispatch, cancellation is not possible
